MONITORING - This second term of commitment also includes monitoring the use of salt and other ingredients with sodium by industries, to ensure monitoring the reduction of sodium in processed foods.
Thus, the agreement determines the monitoring of the nutrition labeling information products and laboratory testing of products collected in the marketing and use of sodium-based ingredients by industries.
